NFPA 701 as standard

Our architectural shading systems pass NFPA 701, the flame-resistance standard that governs what can legally be installed in a commercial building. Residential product frequently cannot meet it, which is why a residential quote is not always a commercial answer.

Quote validity

Six months, not thirty days

Construction schedules move. Our architectural quotes hold for six months rather than the thirty days typical of residential pricing, so a project that slips a quarter does not come back repriced.

Lead time
